1. The Service

SpecNow ("the Service") converts your product idea into structured AI-ready checks — Build and Steer checks with prompts, guardrails, and acceptance criteria. The Service is provided by Polo Lin, reachable at support@specnow.co.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpecNow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you submit as product ideas.
• You agree not to use the Service for anything illegal or harmful.
• You understand that the output is AI-generated and should be reviewed by a qualified person before use in production.

4. Payments

The SpecNow Creator Plan is a $19/month subscription processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms. Prices are displayed in USD and may change — the price at checkout is final. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The checks and prompts output belongs to you. The Service itself — including its code, design, and branding — remains our property.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output. The AI-generated content is a starting point, not a substitute for professional judgment. We do not guarantee that third-party AI tools will fix, ship, or monetize your project.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
