Refund Policy

1. Subscription Nature

SpecNow Creator Plan is a monthly subscription service. You are billed $19 per month. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. What We Guarantee

SpecNow does not guarantee third-party AI tools will fix, ship, or monetize your project. We guarantee that delivered paid checks are specific to your submitted project, include a next action, include a Stop Signal, and pass our quality gate. If a paid check is empty, generic, unrelated, or unsafe, we regenerate it or credit the check back.

3. When Refunds Are Available

Refunds are available in these cases:

• You were charged but your Creator Plan was not activated.
• You were charged twice for the same billing period.
• A paid check is empty, generic, unrelated to your project, or unsafe — we will first attempt to regenerate it; if that fails, we will credit the check back.

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not provided if:

• You simply changed your mind after using the service.
• The AI-generated checks did not match your personal expectations — the free Project Snapshot and Correction Library exist so you can evaluate quality before subscribing.
• You forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle — you can cancel anytime and retain access until the period ends.
