1. What We Collect

SpecNow is a lightweight service. We collect the minimum needed to operate:

• Product ideas you submit — the text you type into the form. This is processed by an LLM to generate your checks and is not permanently stored after processing completes.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Email address — provided to Lemon Squeezy during checkout. Used for account access and service delivery. We do not use it for marketing.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your Build and Steer checks based on the idea you submit.
• To deliver your subscription and handle support requests.
• To improve the Service (in aggregate, anonymized form only).

3. Third Parties

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing. See their Privacy Policy.
• AI Provider — product ideas are sent to an LLM for processing. API-submitted data is not used for training.

4. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Lemon Squeezy may set a session cookie during checkout.

5. Data Retention

Generated checks are available while your subscription is active. Product idea text is not retained after processing. Email addresses from Lemon Squeezy orders are kept for support and legal purposes.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@specnow.co. We will respond within 30 days.
